I did not make these muffins from scratch, mainly because I had a box of bran muffin mix that I wanted to use instead of wasting it. I did add dried cranberries to the mixture before baking, though, and it was a perfectly tangy touch! I topped the muffins off with some Strawberry Pineapple Jam from Hope’s Pantry. This jam is delicious, and I highly recommend it if you don’t want to make your own!
