I have been itching for something pumpkin with Fall quickly approaching. When I found this recipe from Made in Melissa’s Kitchen I knew it was perfect for me. Pumpkin. Caramel. AND salt?? How could I resist. I give Melissa 100% full credit for this recipe because the only thing I changed was to add a bit of extra pumpkin since I love it so much! Be sure to go check it out! Oh, and that icing? I could eat it on everything. Literally. Everything.
Oh, and the recipe made 24 for me, instead of 18. So. I have 23…or maybe 22. Possible 20…cupcakes sitting in the kitchen I am trying not to devour.
